Day 18 and I'm feeling it

Ugh. I am SORE. We have been dancing, moving, singing, walking all over town, to libraries and bookstores and the like. I has been so much fun and so much of a challenge already.

Today in our Musical Performance class we sang potential cabaret pieces for our showcase on August 7th. It was really fun to hear the voices of my colleagues. My Classical Text teacher really encouraged us to do our work for the group - to do our best to better the group. I could really feel my peers rooting for me when I sang, and we were all pushing for each other to sing well and hoping that we would discover that our voices were strong... I was pretty happy with the voices we heard today and even though I got a bit nervous I think we all pulled off pretty good vocals for our first day of exposing that huge part of our selves and our souls to the other people in our group! I was pretty impressed. We'll see how people improve as they get more comfortable...

Well, it's almost 11 here and I still have to finish my assignments for tomorrow.
